Return Policy

Refunds and exchanges are gladly given within 30 days of the original purchase.
(Some exceptions do apply)

Sale Receipts must accompany return.
Item must be in original packaging or carton and in same condition in which it was sold. In the case of a dog or cat collar, all tags must be left on for return or exchange.
Refund will be made in the same method of payment used for the original sale. Cash to Cash, Credit Card to Credit Card (back to same credit card in which it was sold on - NO EXCEPTIONS), checks may be reimbursed in cash only after 10 days following the purchase date.

**If no receipt accompanies the return it becomes Mackey's discretion regarding the acceptance of return.
For returns with no receipt:
Driver license is required and
Refund in merchandise credit.

We guarantee all plants, at time of purchase, are healthy.
Mackey's Nursery Policy:
No returns or exchanges,
All plant sales are final.
When you take your healthy plants home
you become their caregiver.

Holiday Themed Items
Mackey's will accept returns and exchanges
of Holiday Themed Items and Decorations
(with the proper receipt, etc.)
Until December 15, 2011.
(This does include holiday themed items that are purchased as Christmas Presents.)
